Like any other night club/lounge in south mumbai, there is a good crowd that comes to Hype. The cost of entry, if coming in as a stag, is staggering. And this is not even cover.
The music overall was good. Nothing to write home about. The DJ took time to get into the grove and start playing popular tracks, before which he was playing house music.
There is minimal seating and everyone is just tapping away on the dance floor or at the bar.
Hype does a good job of maintaining a quality crowd.
Unlike places like Irish House, Shiro's and HRC, Hype is a perfect night club you hit while you are clubbing in the city.
You can expect to shell out anywhere between Rs.600 to Rs.4000 on drinks on your night here.
